About Chef Frank

Background

Chef Frank’s love of food began at age six, when he learned the wonders of making a chocolate chip cookie from scratch.  Born and raised in Southern California, Chef Frank attended Epicurean Cooking School in Los Angeles, completing an 18-month recreational cooking program.  Seeking more culinary expertise, he completed the professional Baking & Patisserie program at California School of Culinary Arts/Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California, in 2004.  Chef Frank emphasizes classic techniques and fresh ingredients to create delicious food.
